Eco-friendly

Did you know that Birdbath is 100% cruelty-free!? We are certified through both Leaping Bunny and PETA. Sustainability is a priority to us which is why we choose to use eco-friendly shipping supplies.

Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and made out of cornstarch. Just run them under water and they will dissolve! Your bubble wrap is recyclable alongside plastic films and bags. Re-use or recycle these at designated recycling bins found at your local grocery store.

There are plenty of great ways to re-use your old product containers and I want to share with you some of my favorite ways to up-cycle your used Birdbath containers!

SUPER LUXE - DISPENSER

We encourage all of our customers to reach-out when ordering refill products - we'll gladly send a flat cap product so that your existing pump can be re-used!

Either refill your bottle with another Birdbath lotion, or add in your favorite soap!

HOW TO RE-USE:

  • Request a flat lid refill when ordering to re-use your existing pump
  • Once empty, rinse your bottle with warm water
  • Add your Birdbath product refill or your preferred soap
  • If you choose to recycle - make sure to dissemble the pump and throw it in the recycle bin

WAX CANDLE - PLANTER

There are plenty of great ways to re-use your candle jars! If you’re addicted to Birdbath candles just as much as I am, you’ll definitely have a collection of burnt up candle jars piled up somewhere around your house.

The amber glass will also add a rustic feel to your space. You can easily transform the jar into a pencil or makeup brush holder. However, I personally LOVE re-purposing my candle jars into succulent planters!

HOW TO RE-USE:

My favorite succulent right now is the Kalanchoe. This plant is usually sold as a short term blooming houseplant and has vibrant colors perfect for the summer time!

  • Request a flat lid refill when ordering to re-use your existing pump
  • The wick should pop right off with a gentle pull
  • Use hot water to break up any remaining wax
  • Add small rocks inside the bottom of the jar so that your plants can drain well
  • Add soil and your preferred succulent

BODY MOUSSE - OVERNIGHT OATS

You can up-cycle your Body Mousse glass containers once they are empty! You have the option to use this as a storage container, you can use it to store salad dressing or even fruits for breakfast!

Overnight oats are probably my favorite breakfast of all time! This breakfast is incredibly easy to make, delicious, and healthy. Plus, it's a real life-saver when you're running short on time in the mornings.
