Refund policy
Welcome to Birdbath where we handcraft our products with love in small batches. It is our genuine hope that you thoroughly enjoy every product that you receive from us. We understand that everyone has unique, individualized skin, and that because of this, skincare products work differently for everyone. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions about a specific product before purchasing it.
Our goal is for you to be entirely satisfied, and we will do what we can to make sure you are pleased with every purchase. If you're not happy with your Birdbath product within 7 days of delivery, you may return it or exchange it hassle-free at our Birdbath Studio or email us at info@birdbathbodytreats.com for more options. Just make sure at least 75% of the product is left in the bottle/jar. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Returns are only for US orders.
Promotional items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.
We can't accept partial returns for sets/kits/bundles.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please snap a photo and let us know within 48 hours via email at info@birdbathbodytreats.com. We'll send a replacement right away.
Unfortunately, we can't refund purchases from our stockists but we may be able to provide store credit with proof of purchase and will review these requests on a case by case basis.
We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. We also do not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.
